CBI arrests another person in NEET-UG paper leaks case

Srinagar, June 29: Continuing its effort to unearth the facts in connection with their investigation into the NEET UG paper leak case, the Central Bureau Of Investment (CBI) arrested a journalist.
On Friday, the CBI had arrested the principal and vice principal of Oasis school in Hazaribagh in the case.

The accused principal, Dr Ehsanul Haque, was the district coordinator of the NEET examination in Hazaribag and his deputy, Imtiaz Alam was the center superintendent at Oasis School beside being the NTA’s observer.
CBI’s probe has revealed that the leak originated from the Oasis School. The boxes containing questioning papers were kept in banks and had two locks — a manual lock with a key and a digital one which opened with a beep sound 45 minutes before the examination.
