Budgam MC sweeper dies after tractor turns turtle in Budgam
Budgam, Jul 09 : A sweeper of municipal committee Budgam was killed, while tractor driver was injured after a tractor, they were travelling in, turned turtle in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) tractor of municipal committee Budgam driven by Mohd Iqbal Bhat of Haknipora, accompained by sweeper namely Mohd Amin Hajam of Khag, upon reaching dumping site Mamat, turned turtle and both were injured.
He said that they were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where sweeper succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started inquest proceedings in this regard—(KNO)
