Bandipora Police Destroys Bhung Cultivation
Bandipora: Continuing its efforts to root out the menace of drugs, Bandipora Police along with Excise department destroys bhung cultivation in the areas falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Hajin.
On the directions of SSP Bandipora Shri Sheikh Zulfikar Azad, a police party headed by SHO Hajin under the supervision of DySP Hajin along with Excise department destroyed bhung cultivation in Madwan, Batagund and its adjoining areas.
The locals of the area especially senior citizens and youth appreciated the efforts of the J&K Police and wished to continue this drive in other areas of the district.
