Authorities demolish ‘illegal structure’ built by former Congress Minister in Jammu

Srinagar, March 27: Authorities on Sunday demolished structures illegally built by former Congress Minister Abdul Majid Wani in Jammu during an anti-encroachment drive.
Sources told ANN News that the drive was carried at the location near Wave Mall where it is alleged that 35 kanals of state land has been encroached upon.

Under commercial Buildings on 15 kanal of state land.
Sources added that the main encroachers of the state land are head of Beigh Construction Company, Complex of ex-MLA and Congress minister Abdul Majeed Wani, Suhul Nissan Showroom and Lambardar Jamat Ali.
Pertinently, one of the social activists in Jammu had lodged complaint about illegal construction carried by the former minister.
