ANN News starts first Live District Bulletin from Budgam, to cover all other district
Srinagar, Dec 29: ANN News started its first District Bulletin as part of an ongoing expansion to become the voice of common people in Kashmir.
ANN News is all set to broadcast District Bulletins which would be district specific.
The first district covered under the plan is District Budgam being broadcasted live from Budgam studio of ANN News on air at 10 pm.
“After the successful launch of various public interest programs including Aakhir Kab Tak, the district news bulletin will help us broaden our audience base in district. Audiences will now be able to watch the unique and incredible stories from their respective districts, which will offer them a different perspective of what is happening within the local place,” said Tariq Bhat, Editor in Chief of ANN News.
The launch is part of a wider ANN News Service expansion, which is all set to cover all districts including Pulwama, Shopian, Bandipora, Baramulla, Anantnag, Ganderbal etc for special district bulletins on daily basis.
Bhat said the district bulletins will bring insightful and comprehensive coverage local stories to the local audience of respective districts.
He added that using modern gadgets and technology, ANN News will provide the main issues of interest to young audiences and aim to stir conversations while being strongly rooted in the principles of fairness and impartiality.
