ANN NEWS Channel has officially completed the relocation of all its editorial, administrative, and operational activities to its brand-new headquarters in Parray Pora, Srinagar — a major milestone that strengthens its presence at the heart of an educational and commercial hub. Starting today, all daily broadcasts will be aired from this new, fully-owned facility.
The move marks a transformative moment in the channel’s history and is seen as a strategic step toward long-term growth, operational stability, and public accessibility.
Editor-in-Chief Tariq Bhat and Executive Director Mudasir Yaqoob expressed their pride and satisfaction at the successful transition, calling it a historic achievement for independent media. “This isn’t just a change of address—it’s a symbol of growth, ownership, and commitment to the people,” said Tariq Bhat. He added, “For years, we operated from a rented building. Today, we proudly announce our very own television news channel with a permanent home.”
Located in Parray Pora, one of Srinagar’s key education zones, the new headquarters enhances public accessibility and strengthens ANN News’ ties with students, educators, and the youth. The area is known for hosting several coaching centers , colleges, and institutions, making it an ideal location for media engagement, internships, and direct interaction with the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
The newly established facility is equipped with modern studios, digital infrastructure, and space for in-depth programming, debate shows, and community outreach. It will allow faster response to news events, broader coverage, and greater collaboration with the public.
Operating since 2016, ANN News has earned recognition for its positive journalism, ground-level reporting, and responsible media ethics. The establishment of this dedicated space marks the next chapter in the channel’s mission to serve the public interest and ensure easy access for everyone—from journalists and analysts to the common citizen.
“This is not just a building—it is the foundation for a stronger, more independent media voice,” said Executive Director Mudasir Yaqoob, emphasizing the importance of community support that made the dream possible.
As ANN News settles into its new home, it invites the public to engage, collaborate, and become part of a growing platform committed to truth, progress, and the people.
