Srinagar: In view of COVID-19 scare and confirmed case from Srinagar, Child Rights Lawyer requested teachers, social workers to volunteer for providing online classes to students through onscreen, WhatsApp or telephonically.
Recently the administration of JK has issued orders for the closure of all educational institutions in the event of a outbreak of corona Virus.
Disruption to classes has resulted in significant losses for institutions and have multiple consequences for students who are forced to put their education on hold. Since the child education was on hold for continuous 6 months in year 2019, Syed Mujtaba said.
A Renowned Child Rights Lawyer, Syed Mujtaba in Collaboration with ANN JK – a popular Local channel, moved quickly to set up a continuity plan for Onscreen classes and same was started today for students and faculty .
At present a global pandemic has forced all institutions to consider moving online. Schools, Colleges and universities should work quickly to implement the strategies of online classes, Syed Mujtaba Said.
