Amar Singh College girl students protest against shifting of College Campus

Srinagar (City FM JK): The girl students of Amar Singh College, Srinagar on Wednesday staged a protest demonstration at Press Enclave Srinagar against the shifting of their college campus.

The students were protesting against the shifting of Amar Singh College to Zakura and Nawakadal campuses.

The students while protesting said, “authorities have done injustice with us by shifting our college campus and it will affect our studies”. Adding “Our time will be wasted as we will not be able to reach college on time”.

The students further said, “we don’t want to attend classes at other campuses. We want to continue classes at our own college”

The protesting students were chanting slogans like “we want our college back” and were holding placards on which slogans like “we want to study in our own college” were written. (City FM JK)
