However, a new challenge emerges as passengers neglect ticket purchases, posing a potential threat to the future of this service. General Manager Anuj Kumar Malhotra urges commuters to buy tickets, assuring that CCTV cameras on the e-buses are actively monitoring conductors’ adherence to proper ticketing procedures.
