Advocate Aamir Masoodi Secures Two Key Acquittals in Srinagar Rape Cases

 

In a significant legal victory, Advocate Aamir Masoodi, a prominent criminal defense lawyer based in Srinagar, successfully secured acquittals for two individuals accused of rape in separate cases this week. The rulings were delivered by the Special POCSO Court and the Fast Track Court for rape cases in Srinagar.

 

 

 

The acquitted individuals, one a resident of Sopore and the other from Bemina, had been facing fabricated charges of rape.
