Admin extends railway service suspension till 31st May
SRINAGAR – The railway authorities on Monday extended the suspension of railway services in Kashmir division by one more week till 31st of May, 2021.
The railway service between Baramulla-Banihal and vice versa shall continue to remain suspended till 31st May, 2021.
The authorities had announced the suspension of railway service till 16th May in wake of Covid-19 situation in Kashmir valley and was later extended till 24th of May.
Pertinently it is to mention that the railway service remained from March last year till February this year due to Covid-19 situation in the Union Territory.
The service was partially restored in February this year and was subsequently suspended again last week due to the Covid-19 situation.
