ADDC Kishtwar takes stock of Sinthan Festival preparations

KISHTWAR, MARCH 13: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar, Sham Lal, along with other officials, conducted a visit to Sinthan Maidan to appraise the arrangements for the Sinthan Festival scheduled for March 19.

During the visit, the ADDC enquired about the current status of the arrangements and discussed strategies with different stakeholders to ensure the festival’s success. He asked the concerned officers to work in a coordinated manner to ensure all arrangements are in place well before the festival.

En route, the ADDC also inspected various developmental works of the Rural Development Department and inaugurated a Community Sanitary Complex at Bumilpora Udil Market place. He interacted with staff and field functionaries of RDD, Block Chhatroo and inspected a Segregation Shed at Chatroo Lower B.

During the inspection, the ADDC forwarded instructions to the executing agencies regarding the pace and quality of work and directed the BDO Chatroo to ensure the installation of CIBs on each work depicting the full detail of the project.

He was accompanied by BDO Chatroo Tasleem Wani besides other concerned Officials and PRIs.
