A day after protest, Govt says no plan to disengage employees working under ReK, ReJ, NYC schemes

Srinagar, May 23: The Jammu and Kashmir Government Monday said that it has no plans to dienae the serives of youth enaged under schemes of under Rehber-e-Khel, Rehbar-e-Janglat and National Youth Corps scheme.
The information was provided by government on official twitter handle of Information Department responsible for disseminating information about government activities and decisions.
In a tweet, J&K Directorate of Information Department, refuted the reports and clarified that it has no plans to disengage the employees working under Rehber-e-Khel, Rehbar-e-Janglat and NYC scheme.
“This is to clarify that the Govt of J&K has no plans to disengage employees who are working under Rehber-e-Khel, Rehbar-e-Janglat and NYC scheme,” the tweeted reads.
The clarification comes day after hundreds of people employed under Rehbar-e-Khel and Rehbar-e-Janglat scheme held a protest demonstration, demanding revocation of Jammu and Kashmir government’s decision to re-advertise the posts they were engaged in.
They had claimed that the government has re-advertised ‘Rehbar-e-Janglat’, ‘Rehbar-e-Zirat’ and ‘Rehbar-e-Khel’ posts through the Service Selection Board.
