Srinagar, Nov 10: At least eighteen children have been found missing from an orphanage in Srinagar, official said on Friday.

The officials told that during a visit by a team of Children Welfare Committee Srinagar, it was found that eighteen children on rolls were surprisingly found missing from an orphanage running under the name Al-Miskeen Trust, at Nundresh Colony, Bemina.

“Following the development, SDM concerned has closed the orphanage while directing the orphanage office bearers to produce the missing children before it at an earliest”, the officials said.
