Militants Attack Force’s Camp With Grenade In Pulwama

Pulwama: Suspected militants this evening attacked Tahab camp of Pulwama district with UBGL.

Official sources told News agency GNS that militants lobbed UBGL towards Tahab camp which is manned by both 180BN of CRPF and 55RR of army.

However the grenade exploded outside the gate and meantime the sentry guarding the camp retaliated with firing.

There was some brief exchange of firing.

However no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident.

When contacted SSP Pulwama Mohd Asalam Chaudhary said that militants lobbed UBGL towards Tahab camp which was retaliated by sentry who was guarding camp.

However in this incident there was no loss of life or injury reported, he said.

Meanwhile area has been condoned off to nab the attackers. (GNS)
