Six Injured In Mendhar Accident

Poonch: Six persons were injured when a sumo vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident in Mankote area of Poonch district on Sunday.

Official sources told GNS that a Tata sumo (No.JK12 -2351) driven by one Mohd Javed son Mohd Yousif of Kasbalari Sector Mankote met an accident at Barella in Mankote.

Six persons were injured and they include Sheen Akther wife of Gh Rasool , Shahzad Ahmed son of Fazal Hussain , Abdul Majeed son of Nazeer Hussain , Abdul Aziz son of Mohd Nazeer, all residents of Kasballri and Surjeet Kumar son of Durshan Kumar of Udhampur. The injured person were shifted to SDH MDR.

BMO Mendhar Dr P A Khan told GNS that five among the injured were stable while condition of another injured is “seriously”. (GNS)
