Body of a shepherd fished out from Nallah in Uri
URI: Police with the help of locals fished out the dead body of a shepherd who was drowned in a nallah while grazing the cattle in Uri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Quoting police sources news agency Kashmir News Trust reported that a shepherd slipped and fell into Jabla nallah in Uri when he was grazing cattle in the area.
The body was fished out on Thursday morning after lost of efforts by the police and locals and the deceased has been identified as Altaf Ahmed son of Shair Ahmed, a resident of Gihallan Uri.
