Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing On Article 35A Till January 2019
Srinagar: Supreme Court of India Friday adjourned the hearing a batch of petitions challenging the constitutional validity of Article 35A to January 2019, reports said.
The case will now be heard in the 2 week of January.
Earlier the Supreme heard a batch of petitions challenging the constitutional validity of Article 35A, that grants special privileges to the residents of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
