7-year-old girl crushed to death in Qazigund village

Kulgam: A seven-year-old girl was on Thursday crushed to death by a tractor in a village in Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

According to KNO News Agency, a tractor crushed a seven-year-old girl to death near Damjan village in Qazigund of the district. Soon after the incident locals blocked the link road at Damjan and staged protest against the incident.

The deceased girl has been identified as Zareena Jan, daughter of Shabir Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Damjan Qazigund.

Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard.
