Aab-e-Rawan NGO distributed necessary items to needy people in Srinagar

Srinagar: In view to the grief conditions that are prevailing throughout the world, it is important for us as a community to understand the need of the hour and help those who are down trodden and more vulnerable to Covid-19.

With the successful first drive of distributing the necessary items, Aab-e-Rawan (NGO) has realised that there is still a community in Kashmir which don’t even have a substantial earning to buy a soap. They sometimes still wash with ash and grass.

Keeping also in mind the social distancing, we have sent our two volunteers Namely Javeed Jameel Misger General Secretary of SHAHKAAR CULTURAL SOCIETY to distribute soaps, masks and sanitizers to the Bakerwal community who live in our neighborhoods. We started this distribution today in Ahemadnagar area of Srinagar and will reach out in other areas.

We also urge the people to stay indoors and value the gift of life. This is not a joke but a serious virus.
