Fresh cross-border shelling erupts along LoC in Poonch

Poonch, March 16: Pakistan army on Monday evening violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

An army officer said that the Pakistani troops opened unprovoked fire upon Indian army’s posts in Qasaba and Kirni sectors of the border district.

He said that soldiers manning the fence retaliated strongly.
