Pulwama Police Seize Dumper Involved in Illegal Soil Extraction; FIR Registered

Pulwama, Jan 15: Continuing its efforts to curb illegal activities and ensure strict enforcement of law, Pulwama Police during the intervening night seized a dumper bearing registration No. JK03L-7959, which was found illegally carrying soil.

The vehicle was intercepted during routine checking, and upon verification, it was found to be involved in unauthorized extraction/transportation of soil.

Accordingly, a case FIR No. 07/2026 under sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and 03 of the PPD Act has been registered at Police Station Litter, and investigation has been taken up.

Pulwama Police reiterates its commitment to take stringent action against violators of law and urges the general public to cooperate with police and report any such illegal activities for timely action.
