Patwar Association Pays Tributes to Martyr Naib Tehsildar Muzaffar Ahmad Khan in Soibugh

The All Jammu & Kashmir Patwar Association on Tuesday visited the Soibugh residence of Martyr Naib Tehsildar Muzaffar Ahmad Khan, who lost his life in the Nowgam incidental blast, to offer condolences and express solidarity with the bereaved family.
Syed Danish Qadri, General Secretary of the Association, said the delegation, led by Apex President Sofi Gulam Mohammad, conveyed profound grief over Khan’s demise, terming it an irreparable loss to the Revenue Department. “Even though his service tenure was brief, Muzaffar Ahmad Khan’s dedication and commitment left a lasting impact. His contribution will always be remembered with great respect,” Qadri said.
He added that representatives from the Apex Body, Provincial Body including the Provincial President and his team, as well as District Presidents from across Jammu and Kashmir, participated in the condolence visit.
A Dua Majlis was held for the eternal peace of the departed soul. Qadri said the officials reiterated that the void created by Khan’s martyrdom can never be filled.
The Patwar Association, he said, extended prayers and full solidarity to the family on behalf of the entire Revenue Department during this tragic time.
