Kashmir Chamber of Commerce Expresses Deep Shock Over Nowgam Police Station Blast

 

 

The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has expressed deep grief and shock over the accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station, which claimed nine lives, including police and revenue officials, and left more than thirty others injured.

 

 

 

 

Javid Ahmad Tenga, President of KCCI, said the entire business community stands with the bereaved families in this tragic moment. He offered heartfelt condolences to those who lost their loved ones and prayed for strength and courage for them to bear this irreparable loss.

 

 

 

 

He also noted that the incident caused significant damage to property in the surrounding areas, creating serious hardship for poorer families, especially during the ongoing winter season. He urged the authorities to provide timely relief and support to all affected households so their immediate needs are met without delay.

 

 

 

 

 

KCCI also prayed for the swift recovery of all those injured and hoped they receive all necessary medical care and assistance. The Chamber said this heartbreaking tragedy has cast a shadow over society and reaffirmed its solidarity with everyone affected.
