Closing Ceremony of 18th UT Level Water Skiing Championship 2025-26 Held in J&K

 

 

Srinagar, October 17:
The closing ceremony of the 18th UT Level Water Skiing Championship 2025-26, organised by the Jammu & Kashmir Water Skiing Association under the aegis of the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council, was held today at the Water Ski & Wakeboard Point near Eco Park, Shalimar Ghat, Srinagar.

 

 

 

 

 

The event was graced by Senior BJP Leader Er. Ajaz Hussain as the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour included Mr. Basharat Ali Wani, and from the J&K Sports Council, Mr. Vilayat Hussain and Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmad.

 

 

 

 

 

Prominent office bearers of the Association, including General Secretary Mr. Muzaffar Shah and Senior Vice President Mr. Jassim Muzaffar, were also present on the occasion along with other dignitaries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 150 athletes from various districts across Jammu & Kashmir, showcasing exceptional talent and sportsmanship. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, honouring the winners and participants for their outstanding performances.

 

 

 

 

 

The Jammu & Kashmir Water Skiing Association extended heartfelt gratitude to the J&K Sports Council for their continuous support and cooperation in promoting water sports in the Union Territory.
