MP Er. Rashid Granted Bail by Delhi NIA Court

Srinagar, Sep 10: Delhi’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court has granted interim bail to Engineer Rashid Member of Parliament from Baramulla, who is currently jailed on charges of terror funding.
The interim bail will allow him to participate in the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections.
Er. Rashid has been granted bail until October 2, 2024.
Er. Rashid in a recently held Parliament polls defeated former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and People’s Conference chief Sajad Gani Lone.
