Pulwama, April 29: Despite heavy rains, the District Election Office (DEO) Pulwama today organized a robust Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Awareness Program at HS Chandhara Pulwama auditorium today and HSS Newa.
