HCI Extends Last Date For Deposit Of Advance Haj Amount To Feb 15
NEW DELHI (KIMS) — In view of the representations and requests received from State Haj Committees, various organizations and individuals, the Hajj Committee of India (HCI) on Friday extended the last date for deposit of Advance Haj Amount to 15.02.2024.
According to Haj Committee of India’s circular, the Advance Haj amount of Rs.81,800/- by the provisionally selected pilgrims of Haj-2024 was to be deposited by 09.02.2024.
After representations and requests received from State Haj Committees, various organisations and individuals to extend the date for depositing the Advance Haj amount, the Haj Committee of India (HCI) extended the last date for depositing the Advance Haj Amount upto 23:59 hours of 15.02.2024, reads the circular.
After depositing the Advance Haj Amount, the Provisionally Selected pilgrims shall submit documents including Haj Application Form (HAF), Solemn Declaration & Undertaking, A copy of the pay-in-slip/online receipt, Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate (as per format available on the website i.e. hajcommittee.gov.in), and Original International Machine-readable passports to concerned State/UT Haj Committees on or before 19.02.2024, it read.
The Haj Committee of India (HCI) has also requested the pilgrims to strictly adhere to the stipulated last date for deposit of Advance Haj Amount and submission of documents in the concerned State Haj Committee failing which their Haj seat shall be cancelled. — (KIMS)
