Former PDP zonal president joins Congress

Srinagar: Former Zonal President Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Shangus Gulam Nabi Dar joined Congress Party in presence of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G A Mir and others senior leaders of South Kashmir and expressed full confidence in the programmes and policies of Congress Party.

J&K Pradesh Congress (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir while welcoming Gulam Nabi Dar into Congress Party said those committed to the cause of serving people were joining Congress Party, for the fact, Congress Party stands guarantee to inclusive development of the State, besides safety and security of the people.

Congress Party has served and will continue to serve the people to the best of its ability, G.A. Mir added and expressed confidence that joining of Gulam Nabi Dar will further strengthen the Congress Party in Shangus area.

On this occasion Senior Party Leader Gulzar Ahmad Wani, Tanveer Ahmad Khan, Ali Mohd Mantoo, Iqbal Mir, Hamid Malik and others were present.
