8 shops engulfed in flames, as massive fire breaks out in Kandi Baramulla

Baramulla, (ANN News ) Aug 18: Several shops have been engulfed in flames, as massive fire broke out in Razakia Market near Sultanpora Nowgam kandi area of North kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday late night.
Eye witnesses told ANN News that as many as eight shops caught fire.
They added that delayed help from fire and Emergency Services caused more damages.
The fire and Emergency Services station is around 30 kilometers from our village which resulted in delay for them to reach here, said locals.

They appealed authorities to make men and machinery available in the Kandi area on permanent basis so that such unfortunate events could be doused without delays.
