70-year-old woman killed in Ganderbal accident
Ganderbal: A 70-year-old woman was killed in a road accident in Mumer village of Kagan area in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday evening.
A police official told the news agency KNO that Taja Begum, wife of Abdullah Raina of Mamer was critically injured after the Load-carrier hit her on the road.
She was rushed to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Kangam where doctors declared her brought dead, the official said. A case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations taken up, he said. (KNO)
