600 Liters Of Diesel Sold On The Black Market Seized At Poonch
Mendhar: Jammu and Kashmir police recovered 600 liters of black market diesel from a shop in Balnoi village in Mendhar, Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir.
According to reports, police raided a Nar Balnoi store and recovered 600 liters of diesel stored in plastic containers.
The trader identified as Mohammad Nassar, who escaped a few minutes before the police raid, reportedly sold the fuel at a high rate in the area because the area near the control line does not have a fuel pump .
The police stated that a case under the relevant legislation, including the Basic Products Act, had been registered and that a human hunt had been launched to catch the accused trader, and that an investigation was also opened to determine the origin of the fuel.
