43 Bn, Srinagar Sector, CRPF ORGANIZED FREE MEDICAL CAMP AT LATI MOHALLA OF DISTRICT SRINAGAR

Continuing the Wellness Civic Action Programme, under the aegis of Srinagar Sector, CRPF, a free health camp was organized at Lati Mohalla under District- Srinagar by 43 Bn CRPF on 28/05/2022. The medical camp was inaugurated by Sh. R.V. Philip, 2IC (Commandant-AOL 43 Bn) in presence of Sh. Ravinder Singh, 2IC (OPS) 43 Bn,Sh Tarun Solanki 2I/C (Commandant-AOL 82 Bn), Sh Abhiram Pankaj 2I/C, Sh. N.S. Rathore DC and Sh Javed Ali AC. The medical camp was held to reach out to the people at Lati Mohalla area of Srinagar District.

The initiative drew positive response and was received well by locals. During the medical camp, the medical officers of CRPF consulted the patients through out the day.

Consultants Gynaecologist and paediatrician, deputed by Director, Health Services, Budgam, too provided consultation to women and kids from the locality.

Free prescribed medicines were made available to more than 300 patients. Eight critical cases were examined by the doctors and referred to specialists. During the medical camp, free glucometer and Blood Pressure monitors were also distributed and 6 youngsters were trained on these machines.
