41 persons arrested for defying govt orders in Handwara; 4 shops sealed, 3 vehicles seized
Handwara: Acting tough against the violators of Government prohibitory orders, Handwara Police have arrested 41 persons, sealed 08 Shops and seized 03 Vehicles for defying the restriction orders imposed by government.
Police have arrested 41 persons across Police District Handwara besides sealed 08 shops and have also seized 03 vehicles for defying the Govt orders issued u/s 144 CrPC.
Accordingly, cases under relevant sections of law have been registered at respective Police Stations and further investigations have been taken up.
Police have once again requested the general public to follow the restrictions imposed by Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and those who are violating the restriction orders will be dealt strictly.
