3-yr-old baby drowns to death in central Kashmir’s Budgam
Budgam, Jun 11: A 3-year old girl drowned to death in a canal in Thajwader area of Khansahib in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday afternoon.
A police official told news agency that a three year old girl identified as Arifa, daughter of Showkat Ahmad Zargar of Thajwader-Khansahib drowned to death in a canal. The body was recovered from the canal immediately, he said.
He said the body will be handed over to her family after completing medico legal formalities.
Budgam Police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KDC)
