29 new COVID-19 deaths, 1,801 cases in J&K

Srinagar June 3: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday reported 29 new COVID-19 deaths and 1,801 fresh cases in the last 24 hours.

As per the government data, 1,247 of the fresh cases were reported from Kashmir division and 554 in Jammu.

As for the 29 fresh fatalities, 15 of them have been reported in Jammu division while 14 were reported in Kashmir taking the overall tally in J&K to 3,992.

The overall death toll comprises 2,045 in Kashmir and 1,947 in Jammu.

There are a total of 30,657 active cases in J&K,- 19,524 in Kashmir and 11,133 in Jammu.

A total of 2,694 COVID-19 patients recovered from the disease today taking the total recoveries to 2,61,230.
