Kulgam, Apr 19: Two labourers died while two were rescued after they slipped and fell into a trench in Chakpora area of south Kashmir’ Kulgam on Friday, officials said

Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kulgam, Aathar Aamir told ANN News that labourers were engaged in digging the septic trench and were trapped inside.

The DC said rescue operation involving multiple teams were pressed in. “Efforts were made to save all three trapped individuals. Sadly, we have two casualties, including a non-local,” he said.
