15 Polling Parties for IV- Phase dispatched at Shopian.

SHOPIAN: DECEMBER, 06, 2020: Under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin who is also District Panchayat Election Officer (DPEO), Nodal officer Training, Dr Mohammad Amin today dispatched as many as 15 polling parties for DDC elections along with ballot boxes and other material to their respective polling stations for the conduct of Phase-IV of District Development Council (DDC) in Kaprin constituency here at Mini Secretariat Arhama Shopian.
On the occasion, Nodal officer informed the adequate arrangements for polling parties have been made by district administration Shopian and all the preparations have been made for holding free and fair polls.
Under the directions of DPEO, Nodal Officer Training impressed upon the ROs and AROs to ensure that poll parties reach their destinations well in time.
Nodal Officer Health will also accompany the polling parties and Sanitizers, masks, gloves, uniform related to Covid-19 were also provided to the polling parties. Polling parties were emphasized to adhere to the COVID-19 SOPs and guidelines strictly at their respective polling stations.
Nodal officer Material and Management, Returning officers, AROs, Network Engineers of NIC Shopian, and other concerned officers and officials were present on the occasion.
