14 students injured as vehicle plunges into gorge in Poonch
Poonch, Mar 19 : At least 14 students who were on their way to appear in 10 standard board examination, were injured in a road accident in Kandi village of Poonch district on Sunday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that students on board a vehicle were injured when it plunged into a gorge in Kandi village.
He said in the incident 14 students were injured and they were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The official said one of the injured student has been referred to GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and started inquest proceedings—(KNO)
